Salary: Up to £65,000 - £85,000 + Package

A fantastic opportunity to join a super-prime residential contractor operating throughout the London region on a range of super-prime residential fit outs, refurbishments, renovations and alterations typically valuing up to £5m.

About your new role:

Working closely with the Director you will lead the commercial function on live projects in some of London's most exclusive postcode areas.

• Subcontractor procurement
• Valuations
• Variations
• Measurement
• Final Accounts
• Take-Offs

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

• A minimum of 5-6 years experience with a super-prime / high-end residential main contractor.
• Experience within main contracting and proven track record of managing your own projects to final account.
• A good understanding JCT forms of contracts including design & build / traditional
• Team player
• Self-motivated
