Role: Estimating Administrator
Location: Vauxhall, London
Salary & Package: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Our client is seeking an Estimating Administrator to join us on a full-time basis, to join their thriving commercial department.
The Role
As an Estimating Administrator, you will provide vital admin support our clients estimating team to contribute to the efficient delivery of iconic landmark projects.
Specifically, you will manage incoming enquiries, co-ordinate pricing and maintain our clients cost database.
Entering data into our clients CRM system and uploading to causeway you will regularly review new enquiries and assist them through to quotation stage, ensuring team schedules are managed effectively.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage documents
- Assist with the creation of quotes
- Prepare costing documents
- Following up with clients for additional information / submittals
About You
To be considered as an Estimating Administrator, you will need:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numerical skills and confidence working with figures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
- The ability to thrive and manage a workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
