Role: Construction Project Manager
Location: Holland Park, Central London
Day Rate: £300 - £350 per day 
Duration: 6 Months (with option to go direct / perm)

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a new challenge? 

We are currently working with a well regarded prime residential / commercial refurbishment contractor who is seeking an experienced Construction Manager /Project Manager to join their team in London. They specialise in complex refurbishments and alterations across the super prime residential / commercial  markets and are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to oversee the delivery of 1 to 2 projects at any one time, up to £4-5m in value.


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Working with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensuring that projects are delivered to their satisfaction
• Coordinating the work of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, managing programs, budgets, and resources
• Issuing RFI's along with reviewing designs and ensuring trades coordinate.
• Providing regular progress updates to clients and company management
• Ensuring that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed on site
• Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

• A degree in construction management or a related field e.g trade background
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Management/ Project Management within the super prime residential /hotel & leisure sector
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must have a good understanding of MEP / structural works (basements, underpinning, structural steelworks, temporary works).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
