Role: Project Quantity Surveyor  
Location: Wandsworth, London, SW11
Salary: Up to £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + Package

A fantastic to join a well-respected prime residential contractor operating throughout South West and Central London carrying out prime residential refurbishments through to full fit outs.

About your new role:

Working closely with the Director you will provide support in the commercial function running live projects and upcoming tenders.

Duties for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Subcontractor procurement
• Valuations
• Variations
• Measurement
• Final Accounts
• Take-Offs

• A minimum of 5-6 years experience with a prime residential / high-end refurbishment contractor..
• Experience within main contracting and proven track record of managing your own projects to final account.
• A good understanding JCT forms of contracts including design & build / traditional
• Team player
• Self-motivated
