Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - London

A well-established enabling works / strip out contractor in the London area carrying out complex schemes across the London region.

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: London 

Salary / Package: Up to £80,000 (DOE) plus travel allowance, bonus scheme, healthcare, pension.

• A minimum of 5-7 years experience ideally with a specialist subcontractor / civils main contractor.
• Working knowledge of NEC/ JCT forms of contract.
• Previous experience in civil engineering (groundworks & civil engineering, sub & super structure, basements, enabling works, temporary works, underpinning).
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Conversant with MS Office packages
• Degree qualified /undertaking HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management would be advantageous.
