�� About the Role:
Reporting to our Associate Director, this role is all about relationships, precision, and impact. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, the behind-the-scenes support for advisers, and the glue that holds it all together. If you love variety, autonomy, and a team that actually enjoys each other’s company — you’re going to thrive here.
 
You’ll be doing things like:

• Keeping the admin engine running: scheduling, tracking fees, managing documents, and liaising with clients
• Helping implement financial advice (you don’t need to be a planner, just organised, precise and curious)
• Supporting ongoing client relationships with care, clarity, and consistency
• Jumping in on seminars, events, and business development (if that’s your thing)

�� What You Bring:

• At least 2 years in a similar admin or client service role, ideally within financial services
• First-class communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Tech confident (Office 365, CRM systems – bonus points for Xplan!)
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset – you get stuff done

Even better if you:

• Know your way around financial planning processes (FDS, reviews, fee tracking)
• Have experience in client-focused environments where excellence is the norm
