About the opportunity:
Reporting to the CEO, the Director, Corporate Services plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Marketing, HR/WHS Risk & Compliance, Procurement, and IT. This role requires a leader who is both strategic and operational someone who can shape organisational frameworks while also being actively involved in day-to-day activities.
As part of the leadership team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to enhance processes, strengthen compliance, and support the organisation’s continued growth and success.
Key responsibility areas:
- Provide direction and support across key corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a high-performing and engaged workforce, ensuring best practices in HR and WHS.
- Embed a strong governance framework and proactive risk management culture.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in procurement, IT, and corporate systems.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Lead key business transformation projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have: - Proven leadership experience across corporate services functions, with expertise in at least two of the key areas (Marketing, HR/WHS, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, IT).
- The ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and adaptable to operational needs.
- A track record of improving processes and driving efficiency.
- Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organisational challenges.
