As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the after sales support and communication with customers to determine the required products and timing.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is a vital link between our customers and internal teams. You will be the go-to for after sales support interpreting customer requirements, understanding product and equipment limitations, and ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met. Your day will involve effective collaboration with other internal teams including Production, Scheduling, Estimating, and Sales, to assist in providing a seamless experience.
Key Responsibility Areas: - Actively support customers with product advice, quotes, and artwork
- Coordinate and process orders in line with production schedules and customer deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and issue purchase orders as required
- Support customers in understanding product capabilities and equipment limitations
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer queries
To be successful in this role you will have: - At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service/customer facing role
- Experience in the print or label industry would be advantageous, however not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- An excellent team player, with great energy and enthusiasm
- A positive attitude with a solutions focused approach
