Australian Mortgage Loan Processor (Offshore)
 
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers by managing the end-to-end loan process. You'll work closely with clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, and other stakeholders to ensure applications progress smoothly from submission through to settlement while maintaining compliance and delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
 
Loan Processing & Administration

• Provide general administrative support to mortgage brokers
• Liaise with clients to collect information and documentation for loan applications
• Process mortgage applications from submission through settlement
• Verify supporting documents
• Check credit files using Fact Find
• Conduct property valuations and pricing requests
• Prepare loan files and remove TFN information
• Rename and organize application documents
• Prepare application forms, NCCP documents, discharge forms, FHOG forms, and other lender documentation
• Check signed documents before submission
• Lodge applications through ApplyOnline
• Upload NCCP and supporting documents into the CRM

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, and other stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to clients on application progress
• Follow up outstanding client information via phone and email
• Speak with banking representatives to clarify lending requirements
• Schedule follow-ups with clients and lending representatives
• Follow up with lenders after application submission
• Work with credit managers and assessors to progress loans to unconditional approval
• Update clients throughout the loan process
• Complete progress payment claim forms after settlement
• Assist with retention pricing requests

CRM & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases
• Review and lodge applications via ApplyOnline
• Assist with compliance documentation management
• Support aggregator and lender audits
• Manage email communications
• Continuously develop knowledge of lending policies and products through ongoing training

RequirementsQualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of Australian mortgage processing experience with end-to-end loan management
• Experience handling complex lending scenarios and loan servicing
• Experience managing applications through settlement
• Knowledge of Australian mortgage compliance requirements
• Experience using Australian mortgage CRMs (e.g. Salestrekker, E i)
• Proficiency with ApplyOnline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
