About the Role
This role is key to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests and efficient management of our properties. While many processes are automated, you will be the essential human touch that keeps everything running smoothly.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs. The majority of this is automated, but you will need to oversee.
• Communicate with guests via email and phone.
• Manage property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway / Stayz and other platforms. This includes daily updates to listings, to ensure SEO is maximised.
• Collect payments for adhoc services. Eg, early check in / pet staying, etc.
• Update pricing, availability, and descriptions via 'Beyond Pricing'
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee maintenance requests.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks like invoicing and payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate property and guest records.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Need to have skills, training and experience:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using AirBnB, Booking.com and HomeAway / Stayz.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• An active listener with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have skills, training and experience:

• Previous experience in short-term rental management, with a small but growing business.
• Experience using the following Software - Guesty, Beyond Pricing, Stripe and Merchant Warrior, AirDNA, Canva.
