The Web & Social Designer is a creative powerhouse who connects visual storytelling with digital performance. You'll design and optimize content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns, collaborating with project managers and marketing specialists to create polished, brand-aligned content. This role requires a strong understanding of digital design trends, including layout, typography, animation, and motion graphics. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional outcomes on both client and internal projects, and contribute to continuous improvements in creativity and workflow.
What you'll do
Digital & Web Design
● Design and build engaging, responsive landing pages and web assets.
● Translate Figma designs into web-ready graphics and layouts.
● Ensure accessibility and consistency with brand guidelines.
● Support developers with assets, style guides, and visual QA. Design Translation & Quality
● Conceptualise and design scroll-stopping creative for paid and organic social
campaigns. - Produce static, animated, and video-based content optimised for each platform.
● Adapt creative across multiple channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
● Ensure all assets meet performance, brand, and platform standards.
Web & Social Designer
Collaboration & Communication
● Work closely with designers, marketers, and PMs throughout campaign and
project lifecycles.
● Contribute creative ideas in brainstorms and strategy sessions.
● Provide input on visual direction to elevate brand storytelling.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
● Stay up to date with digital design trends, social platform updates, and
creative best practices.
● Experiment with new tools, formats, and approaches to enhance engagement,
including AI.
● Share learnings and insights across the team to raise creative standards.
SKILLS | EXPERIENCE| QUALIFICATIONS
● Solid experience in web and digital design using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,
and Canva.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and creative best
practices.
● Confident in creating short-form video content and animations
● Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or Shopify for creating and supporting
web assets.
● Strong attention to detail, particularly in layout, typography, spacing, & motion.
● Ability to adapt brand guidelines into engaging social-first creative.
● Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
● A collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
