About the role
This role is for a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and process-driven VA with deep experience in GoHighLevel (SaaS Pro). You'll be managing multiple sub-accounts, creating and deploying advanced funnels, and handling CRM automations end-to-end. Beyond the tech, you'll also manage email marketing, event campaigns, social media, content creation, and reporting across multiple brands—always tailoring to each brand's tone and voice.

Key Responsibilities:
 
GoHighLevel SaaS Pro Mastery

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot advanced sub-accounts including custom domain registrations, integrations, and set-ups
• Build, customize, and maintain funnels, pipelines, websites, forms, surveys, calendars, and membership sites
• Configure email, SMS, and automation workflows with segmentation, tagging, and lead scoring
• Develop and deploy snapshots across accounts; keep updated and optimized
• Conduct list cleaning, segmentation, and CRM hygiene to maximize deliverability and results
• Troubleshoot technical issues within GHL SaaS Pro, domains, integrations, and automations

Strategic Funnel & Campaign Creation

• Design strategic funnels (not just templated) with an understanding of the buyer's journey
• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns: tagging, segmenting, A/B testing, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Build and optimize event marketing campaigns (webinars, live events, launches) including automations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Integrate Google Analytics & SEO best practices into funnels, websites, and campaigns
• Create advanced automations that drive conversions and streamline workflows

Marketing Content Execution

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content , including video across multiple brands, adapting to each brand's unique tone and voice
• Email Campaigns: Craft compelling copy, design campaigns, and deliver reporting with insights
• Graphics & Media: Create professional, above-standard graphics in Canva; edit content using CapCut and Descript
• Stay on top of marketing and AI trends, applying new tools and strategies to improve results

Reporting & Optimization

• Deliver campaign and funnel performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Use Google Analytics, GHL reporting, and CRM data to track, measure, and optimize
• Continuously test and refine strategies for higher conversion and engagement

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced GoHighLevel SaaS Pro skills: sub-accounts, domain registration, CRM setup, pipelines, membership sites, websites, automations, and troubleshooting
• Snapshot creation & deployment across multiple accounts
• Strategic funnel design with deep understanding of buyer's journey and lead nurturing
• Email marketing expertise: tagging, segmenting, reporting, optimizing
• Social media management across multiple brands with strong copywriting skills
• Content creation skills: Canva (professional graphics), CapCut & Descript (video editing)
• SEO knowledge for funnels and websites
• Google Analytics for reporting and optimization
• Experience with event marketing campaigns (funnels, automations, reminders, follow-ups)
• Strong problem-solving, process-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
• Proactive, innovative, and eager to learn AI tools and new SaaS features
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Can juggle multiple balls and handle new balls been thrown at them often
