Support the end-to-end loan processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Process home loan, business loan, equipment loan and investment loan applications.
Handle documentation and data entry related to loan applications.
Liaise with clients (not initially), lenders, and internal stakeholders as needed.
Utilize Cito Plus to manage and process some business loan applications.
Manage client information and communications within HubSpot.
Utilize the Connective system to process home loan applications.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the loan processing team.
Utilise Equipment finance applications such as; Drive online, ANZ and other proprietary systems
Potential Additional Tasks (If any)
Support or in some cases complete research for home loans, investment loans, business and equipment loans; Serviceability, borrowing capacity, product research, verification.
Required Qualifications/ Experiences (Must Have)
Proven experience in loan processing, specifically with home loans (nice to have) and commercial loans.
Strong background in commercial, equipment, or vehicle finance.
Experience all the way from enquiry through to settlement
Nice to have: Proficiency in Cito Plus
Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot
Preferred: Familiarity with Mercury Connective is an advantage.
