About the Role
We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our team on a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System Project located in Newcastle on a full-time project-based contract basis. Reporting to the Site Manager you will provide essential administrative support to a major BESS project, coordinating documentation, reporting, onboarding, logistics, and day-to-day site operations.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include;
- Provide support for all site administration activities, including office management, document control, and reporting.
- Coordinate site meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain and update project records, including contracts, permits, and compliance documents.
- Support project managers and site teams with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage site accommodation and travel arrangements for staff.
- Ensure site compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project requirements.
About You To be successful in this position, you will bring previous experience in a site administration role within construction, infrastructure, renewables, or a similarly fast-paced project environment, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Driver's Licence
