About the Project
This project involves the construction of critical digital infrastructure designed to support growing technology and connectivity requirements. The project is being delivered in accordance with relevant planning, environmental and regulatory requirements.
We are seeking experienced Electricians to join a major data centre construction project in Launceston. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure project, contributing to the delivery of critical digital and technology services that support businesses, communities, and economic growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Installation of electrical systems and infrastructure
- Cable tray, conduit and cable installation
- Switchboard and equipment installation
- Testing, commissioning and fault finding
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to project specifications
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary construction teams on-site
About You - Tasmanian Unrestricted Electrical Licence
- Construction White Card
- Experience on commercial, industrial, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
