Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions across real estate and other sectors.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to ensure business sustainability.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, financial reporting standards, and tax laws in the UAE.
• Lead financial due diligence for potential business opportunities, including investments and acquisitions.
• Manage and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize financial efficiency and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the real estate or multi-business sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, real estate industry practices, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
