Gardener / Lawn Mowing / General Garden Maintenance

The Salt Foundation has a great opportunity for a passionate gardener to our team.  This role will include mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning and other related activities. Experience preferred but not essential. You will play an important role in proving garden care to NDIS participants throughout Heidelberg and surrounding suburbs.  
All necessary equipment is provided.  

The successful candidate will have the following skills: 

• The physical strength to perform lifting, landscaping and general maintenance duties  
• The ability to use tools, machinery and equipment for maintenance of grounds. 
• To be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

To be successful in obtaining an interview for this position, applicants must have or are willing to obtain before their employment starts:  

• NDIS Workers Screening Check  
• NDIS orientation module  
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence  
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates  
• Access to a personal motor vehicle  
• Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
