We're looking for an experienced and relationship-focused Client Services Manager to join our Southland team. This is a rewarding role where you'll work closely with clients, whānau, support workers, funders, and community partners to ensure people receive the right support at the right time.
You'll play a key role in guiding clients through their support journey, building trusted relationships, coordinating services, and identifying opportunities to grow our impact across the region. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference while working autonomously and strengthening community connections.
What you'll be doing
- Building trusted relationships with clients, whānau, referrers, and community stakeholders.
- Supporting clients to access and navigate Home & Community Support and Flexible Supports services.
- Coordinating client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing service delivery.
- Working alongside coordinators and support workers to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Growing referral networks and community partnerships across Southland.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and support more people in the community.
What you'll bring - Experience in health, disability, aged care, or community services.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A client-centred approach and genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A full New Zealand driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout the region.
