Florence Nightingale Agency provides high-quality in-home care and community support services to people with a wide range of needs. Our clients include people who are unwell, recovering from injury, living with disability (tāngata whaikaha), older adults, and those who simply need extra support to live their best life.

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and confident Support Worker to join our team and support a client in the community.

Shift Available:

• Fridays: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

As a Support Worker, you will assist the person to live independently, participate in their community, and achieve their goals while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

What we're looking for:

• A compassionate and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• A full, clean driver's licence
• Confidence and experience driving a mobility van
• Ability to safely assist and support a person with mobility needs
• Reliability and commitment to providing high-quality support
