KMH Workforce are currently working with a number of our clients, who have secured civil project works across WA. As part of their project ramp-ups, they are looking for a number of skilled operators to assist.

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Grader Operators with experience on 16 and 18 M&H model graders.

• FIFO from Perth – 2:1 or 20:8 rosters on offer

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate graders on civil sites
• Earthworks, site preparation, levelling, and general site tasks
• Maintain high safety standards and compliance with site protocols

To Be Considered, You Will Ideally Have:

• Valid Grader Ticket (essential)
• Proven experience operating graders on civil projects
• GPS grader experience (highly regarded)
• Construction White Card
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
• RTIO / BHP inductions (benefit)
• Two relevant, contactable referees
