KMH Workforce is currently on the search for a Mobilisation Officer for our client, based in Perth CBD.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for coordinating employee mobilisation, onboarding, compliance requirements, and travel arrangements to ensure personnel are site-ready and mobilised on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee mobilisation and onboarding
• Manage licences, tickets, medicals, and compliance documentation
• Book travel and accommodation 
• Liaise with employees, clients, and training providers
• Maintain accurate records and databases

About You:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a mobilisation or workforce coordination role
• Proven experience managing mobilisation requirements for major WA mining clients
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
