As our Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries through various channels.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service.
- Develop strategies to enhance the customer journey, boost satisfaction, and improve retention.
- Handle escalations with grace, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance communication.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to your team, empowering them to deliver excellence.
What You Bring to the Role: A successful Customer Service Manager should embody a variety of behaviours that contribute to effective leadership and excellent customer service. Here are some key guidelines:
- Commitment to Team: You value loyalty and support your colleagues. You focus on solutions and aim to exceed customer expectations.
- Customer-Centric Leadership: With at least 3 years in customer experience, preferably in engineering consumables, you inspire and motivate your team.
- Effective Communication: You understand customer needs and communicate clearly. You actively resolve issues and adapt to changes.
- Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in Microsoft Office, e-commerce platforms, and ERP systems for efficient task management.
- Focus on Efficiency: You apply the 80:20 principle to maximise results. You always seek ways to add value to the team and customer experience.
