The role Use your technical leadership and consulting expertise to help Brennan win new business and retain existing customers across Queensland.
Provide presales guidance and thought leadership, helping customers leverage Managed Services and other technology solutions across Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Microsoft 365, Networking, and Security.
Key Responsibilities - Presales solution design across a range of technology domains, including Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Security, Microsoft 365, and Networking.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to quickly understand customer needs and shape smart, impactful solutions that solve business challenges for our clients.
- Support Account and BDM teams in qualifying opportunities to ensure alignment with Brennan’s solution portfolio and strategic offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape compelling solutions, value propositions and proposals that align with customer requirements and Brennan’s desired outcomes.
- Participate throughout the entire sales cycle, from early engagement and solution development through to negotiation, order form creation, and seamless transition into delivery.
Skills & Experience You Will Bring: - A genuine passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional business outcomes.
- Proven experience in a presales or consulting role within a Managed Services, Consulting, or Systems Integrator environment.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering Managed Services solutions, supported by complementary expertise in one or more of the following areas: Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Microsoft 365, Networking or Security.
- Demonstrated experience in developing complex RFP responses and solution designs, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions both verbally and in written form.
- Confident presenting to peers, senior leaders and customers, with excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
