All employees who have successfully passed their probation period are eligible to apply. Exceptions to this will need to be approved by the leadership team

The referral scheme offers a $3,000 payment for all successfully referred candidates. $1,000 is paid upon completion of the new employees first week and $2,000 is payable upon the successful completion of the probationary period. Eligibility includes the requirement for the referrer to be employed with Brennan IT at the time the payment has been approved. No limit applies to the number of candidates an individual can refer for positions vacant.
