The Role
We are seeking an Account Delivery Executive (ADE) in Brisbane to manage strategic client accounts and ensure delivery outcomes align with their objectives. Working closely with the Account Executive (AE), you will oversee client satisfaction, contractual commitments, and account profitability, including P&L management. You will collaborate with operational teams, Solutions Architects, and Project Managers to build a high‑performing culture focused on client success, while supporting the AE in identifying revenue growth opportunities.
To succeed, you’ll bring experience in a systems integrator or MSP environment, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to shape long‑term client partnerships and drive strategic outcomes.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Preparing and presenting client Executive reporting at monthly meetings
- Client SLAs and Reporting aligned to the Account governance model (including driving enhancements)
- Develop deep understanding of client’s business including orchestration of strategic business planning, roadmaps and workshops on how technology can help address their business requirements.
- Driving future technology roadmaps for the client
- Ongoing high levels of Customer Satisfaction (measured by NPS)
- Lead the BIT Client team, ensuring all contract obligations are met and that the team operates efficiently and cohesively.
- Manage the Account P&L to achieve the targets
- Developing client intelligence and client relationships to support retention and growth.
- Helping the customer understand the proposed technical solution to the business problem under applicable constraints.
What skills you will bring to the team: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior Service Management or Customer role, delivering complex/outsourced services.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in leading people and teams
- Demonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite level.
- Demonstrated experience of account/ department P&L
- ITIL Service Management accreditation
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery concepts
- Ability to influence external & internal stakeholders as part of a continuous improvement lifecycle for customers.
- Ability to manage and implement change – change agent and ambassador.
