The Role We are looking for a level 1 Managed Services Consultant to join our team, in our Perth office. As a key member of the Managed Services team, you will be mainly providing onsite IT support to our Managed Services clients. You will provide 1st level IT support for your assigned clients.
You will take ownership of your assigned clients, and ensure we deliver excellence in customer service, provide the highest possible level of technical assistance, while adhering to service level agreements.
The role requires a reasonable degree of technical skill across a broad range of areas in IT infrastructure, especially desktop support and a good understanding of ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1 support for service delivery teams and resolve tech issues ensuring SLA targets are hit.
- Rotational onsite support at client locations working through problem management.
- Maintain and administer systems like, Desktops (Windows OS), Microsoft Office suite, basic printing and Windows server support. Also includes end user support and liaising with 3rd party vendors as needed.
- Ensure adherence to our Service Delivery policies, processes and procedures.
- Support clients using Microsoft Office suite of products - O365.
- On site Desktop support working within ITIL foundations.
What skills and experience you bring: - Minimum 2 years IT experience.
- Previous experience working on Microsoft office suite.
- Industry certifications. (ITIL)
