The role:As a Presales Solutions Architect you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and consulting expertise to assist Brennan to win new and retain existing business.
The Presales Solution Architect will provide thought leadership to existing and new customers with regards to Managed Services, Cloud Adoption, Public/Hybrid Cloud (Azure, AWS), Modern Workplace, Networking & Security and SDWAN. They must have the ability to influence and lead conversations with internal stakeholders, senior sales management and senior customer representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- In depth knowledge of private, public and hybrid cloud and how best to position certain scenario’s aligned with customer outcomes
- Technical understanding of M365 Suite of technologies including, Endpoint Management, Security and Teams
- Understanding of public cloud advanced workloads, Kubernetes, containers
- Understanding of SDWAN technologies
- IT Service Management fundamentals and how these translate to supporting a customers environment
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services offerings and methodologies
- Regularly attend conferences, seminars, information sessions, online webinars, or society based meetings
- Maintain appropriate accreditation for key vendor platforms
What skills and experience you bring:
- Confident presenting in front of peers, Senior Leaders and Customers with excellent communication and presentation skills (verbally and in writing).
- Proven experience of developing and delivering effective presentations and solutions.
- Experience in Complex RFP Responses, solution design, ability to articulate the value proposition of an overall solution, both verbally and in copy.
- Experience in Commercial Governance for complex solutions and RFP Responses.
- Ability to self-study and obtain technical certifications.
- A proven track record in a presales, sales or consultancy environment in an IT solutions business with experience in Cloud Services and IT outsourcing / managed services.
- A “trusted advisor” and “project leader” attitude.
Note: As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and have the ability to get a Baseline Security Clearance or NV1 Clearance.
