In your role you will be responsible for:

Working with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements.

• Technical delivery of projects by the most efficient means possible.
• Ensure that projects are delivered as per the implementation methodology.  

To succeed in this role, you will have the following experience and competencies.

• Minimum 5 years IT technical service delivery experience.
• Skills and experience with Microsoft technologies - Windows Sever 2008 through 2016 and Client 7 through 10.
• Specialising in most of the following technologies: SOE build through MDT, Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Azure, SQL, other core Microsoft products.
• Specialising in one or more virtual infrastructures like VMware, HyperV.
• Specialising in one or more of the following hardware platforms, HP Storage/Servers, Meraki/Cisco Networking, NAS Devices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good decision making / problem solving skills.
• Server and Storage hardware skills and experience.
• Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues.
• Ability to work in a billable hour target environment.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ideally have own transport available for travel and a current driver’s license
