The role:
As the Practice Lead - Data & AI, you will work in a dual capacity. Firstly, as a technical delivery lead on large projects, whilst also mentoring a multifaceted team (engineers, developers and analysts) to help the digital transformation journeys of Brennan customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data engineers, business intelligence developers, data platform engineers and reporting analysts to deliver data engineering and business intelligence solutions for Brennan customers.
• Work with project managers to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with various Brennan digital teams to deliver digital transformational projects for Brennan customers.
• Engage in presales activities at the early stages of projects to understand client requirements and to provide estimates for projects.
• Provide technical solution design and inputs to project proposals.

To achieve success, this role requires the follow competencies and experience:

• Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role within a professional services, managed services, or enterprise client environment.
• Proven track record of technical leadership in the end-to-end delivery of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of modern data architecture, technical solution design, and industry-standard design patterns for complex data environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in data modelling methodologies, including Kimball, Inmon, or Data Vault 2.0.
• Deep hands-on experience in designing and implementing data warehouse and BI solutions using a range of technologies, including but not limited to:
  
  • BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau.
  • Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure SQL Database.
  • Other Technologies: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery.
  • ETL/ELT Tools: Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
