We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team across Perth and regional Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments for clients in aged care, disability, and community settings
- Develop individualised therapy plans based on client needs, goals, and care requirements
- Assess mobility, daily living skills, home safety, equipment needs, and functional capacity
- Provide recommendations for assistive technology, mobility aids, and home modifications
- Support clients to improve independence with daily living activities
- Complete clear and accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support workers, nurses, coordinators, and allied health teams
- Provide education and support to clients, families, and care teams
- Follow workplace health and safety, infection control, and professional practice standards
Essential Requirements: - Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification
- Valid visa status and full working rights in Australia
- Current passport or valid photo identification
- Current driver’s licence
- Current National Police Check, valid within the last 12 months
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, if required
- Current First Aid and CPR is desirable
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, community care, or NDIS services is desirable
- Strong assessment, report writing, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Availability to work across Perth metro or regional WA locations, depending on client requirements
