About the Role

Condor Energy Services is a growing and dynamic company operating across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking multiple Frac Operators across all experience levels to support our operations across various job sites in Queensland.

As a Frac Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining critical equipment in the field. Depending on your experience level, you will work independently or as part of a crew managing hydration units, sand delivery systems, and frac pumps.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Operate frac equipment in line with approved operating and safety procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with CESL and site HSEQ requirements
• Participate in safety meetings and incident reporting
• Operate and assist with Sand Dragon, HP Pumps, and Hydration Units
• Perform manual labour tasks including rig up and rig down of equipment
• Assist with equipment maintenance, flushing, and preparation for demobilisation/storage
• Monitor inventory levels and notify Supervisors when supplies are low
• Carry out other duties as required by Supervisors
• Be fit for work, including the ability to drive when required

Experience & Qualifications
We welcome candidates across all levels, from developing operators to highly experienced professionals with the following:

• 2+ years' proven experience in fracture stimulation operations
• Experience working within HSEQ guidelines and procedures
• Experienced and competent in running Sand Delivery Systems and HP Pumps
• HC or MC License
• Well Site Permit to Work Holder
• Operate and Maintain a 4WD
• Load Restraint
• Forklift License
• Telescopic Material Handler
• First Aid & CPR
• Licence to transport Dangerous Goods
