Driller - PNG International Rotation

Experienced Drillers are sought to support an upcoming international mobilisation to Papua New Guinea.
This is a project based casual opportunity that forms part of a broader operational growth, focused on strengthening crew capability, reinforcing safety standards, and delivering consistent, high-quality performance in a reputable environment.
This is a well-supported, well-resourced project with established infrastructure and a clear operational plan, designed to enable crews to focus on performance and contribute to a major project reflecting growing success in drilling operations across the globe. Condor continues to support Australian partners as an equipment supplier to their projects including those based in PNG.


About the Role
Reporting to the Rig Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Operating drilling equipment in accordance with company and industry standards
• Leading by example to support a disciplined and safety-focused crew culture
• Ensuring compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to efficient, reliable drilling operations in a remote but star class setting

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Driller within the oil & gas or resources sector 
• Strong working knowledge of drilling operations and safety systems
• Proven leadership capability and commitment to team performance
• Ability to work in remote and logistically complex environments
• Willingness to mobilise internationally at short notice
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain valid work rights in Papua New Guinea 
• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical and police clearance

Important Engagement Information

• This role is based in Papua New Guinea (PNG) on an international rotation 
• Engagement will be on a casual basis 
• Candidates will be employed through an independent third-party labour provider
• Employment terms, conditions, and payroll will be managed by the third-party employer
