The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a conference and incentives agency. The company is looking for a Event Technology Coordinator to join the agency in a fulltime capacity. The company delivers meetings, incentives and conferences for corporate clients.
The Role
The Event Technology Coordinator will utilize their expertise in various event platforms and technologies to develop solutions according to each client's needs. REMOTE ROLE.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing event registration websites
- Registration and post event analysis
- Providing on-site technical support for registration on events
- Building and testing event technology platforms to ensure quality control, solving user experience issues and ensuring they meet all requirements
- Reporting to the Director of Event Technology
This Job is Ideal for Someone who has - 2-3 years experience as a Event Technology Coordinator, Registration Coordinator or similar role for an events agency
- Expertise in major event technology platforms, such as Cvent etc
- Proven experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills
- Strong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events
- Strong desire to work with a fun, creative and entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced agency environment.
- The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
- Local and interstate travel may be required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 + bonus structure + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
