Trade Floor Support 

About the Role:

Join a leading stock broking firm for a fixed-term contract, providing critical IT support to trade floor operations. You’ll be instrumental during the deployment of Windows 11 and provide both desk-side and remote support across Australia’s capital cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level IT support for trade floor staff and business applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, hardware, wireless networking, OS, and software.
• Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, phones, printers).
• Manage service requests in line with SLAs, escalating issues as needed.
• Support Microsoft Office 365, IRESS Trading application, and Zoom setups.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in trade floor environments (equities experience a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows desktop environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, and IRESS.
• Zoom meeting room support experience.
