Solution Architect – Customer Platforms & CRM

We’re hiring a Solution Architect to help transform the customer experience for a major financial services organisation. This is a strategic role focused on CRM, customer platforms, and digital engagement, supporting the full lending lifecycle.

You’ll play a key role designing modern, scalable solutions that improve how customers interact with lending products – from onboarding to service and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect customer-facing platforms including CRM, onboarding, self-service, and communication tools
• Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, API integration, and event-driven architectures
• Lead mobile and digital experience architecture focused on performance, personalisation, and usability
• Align solutions to enterprise architecture and customer strategy, ensuring security and compliance
• Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, digital, and IT to deliver connected experiences

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect within financial services, ideally lending, banking, or insurance
• Background in customer platforms, CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics), and digital solutions
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and modern integration practices
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Prior consulting experience is highly regarded
