With a diverse workforce and significant ongoing recruitment activity, they are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to provide immediate support to their People and Culture function.

About the Role This is a busy, systems-focused HR administration role with a strong recruitment component. You will support recruitment activity across the organisation, helping to ensure vacancies, candidates, documentation, compliance and internal processes continue progressing efficiently.
You will work across multiple vacancies and competing priorities at any one time, requiring excellent organisation and the ability to quickly shift focus when urgent requirements arise while maintaining oversight of existing workloads.
The position will suit someone who enjoys working within structured HR systems and processes and is confident coordinating a high volume of administration processes.
Your Responsibilities - Coordinate recruitment administration and manage candidate workflows through HR and recruitment systems.
- Progress multiple vacancies concurrently, ensuring documentation, actions and deadlines remain on track.
- Liaise with hiring managers, post advertisements and coordinate candidate progression throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage pre-employment compliance, including Blue Card, police and relevant background checks.
- Maintain accurate HR records while responding to changing priorities and supporting broader HR administration as needed.
Skills & Experience Required - Strong administration skills with the ability to manage a busy workload, navigate between tasks and confidently reprioritise as requirements change.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to maintain oversight of multiple processes, deadlines and outstanding actions without losing momentum.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, follow up on outstanding actions and support processes to progress within required timeframes.
- Strong systems capability and confidence learning and working across digital platforms; previous ELMO experience and current Blue Card is highly regarded.
