About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. This is an opportunity for a driven recruitment professional to work on senior level assignments across multiple sectors while building long term partnerships with clients and candidates.
You will manage end to end executive search assignments while contributing to the ongoing growth and reputation of the business.

Key Responsibilities - Manage full cycle executive search and recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients.
- Identify and engage high calibre executive and specialist talent.
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessment processes.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on market conditions and talent availability.
Skills and Experience Required - Minimum 3 years’ experience recruiting within the white collar space.
- Strong capability in business development and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated success managing professional or executive level roles.
- Highly professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple assignments.
