SAG Workforce is seeking proven Leading Hand or Supervisor to work with various civil contractors across Australia. Our clients specialise in civil infrastructure and earthmoving projects that shape our communities. 

With opportunities predominately across South-East QLD there are upcoming positions across regional and interstate projects . This role is perfect for experienced professionals ready to lead teams on complex civil and infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise crews working on civil works, earthmoving, and ground engineering projects.
• Coordinate and oversee concrete remediation, asset maintenance, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support and mentor team members to achieve productivity and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive civil construction experience, particularly in roadworks, drainage, and earthworks.
• Proven leadership ability – 3 - 5 years minimum experience as Leading Hand or Supervisor.
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Clear and concise communicator
• Ability to interpret plans and liaise confidently with project managers.
• A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive team culture focused on safety and results.
