Alfabet | Recruitment + Search is exclusively partnering with a leading ASX-listed health care organisation to source a proactive and relationship-driven Category Manager – Technology to join their Group Procurement team during an exciting time of transformation.

You’ll be the key link between Procurement and Technology stakeholders - including CIO, Cyber, healthcare stakeholders - building strong partnerships and delivering sourcing outcomes that truly matter.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who navigates ambiguity with confidence, enjoys problem-solving, and sees the potential in shaping a still-maturing procurement function.

What you’ll be doing

• Build trusted relationships with Technology and healthcare stakeholders
• Deliver end-to-end sourcing projects (transactional to strategic)
• Identify and realise value (cost savings, improved vendor terms, etc.)
• Collaborate across Procurement to align category strategies
• Develop and maintain a forward pipeline of technology sourcing needs

What we’re looking for

• Experience in technology procurement (deep specialisation not required)
• Strength in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
• Thrives in a transformational environment where procurement is growing its influence and shaping new ways of working
• Resilient, adaptable, and proactive - ready to roll up your sleeves
• Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential
