Are you an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in their work but would love to spend less time juggling leasing duties and more time focusing on what you do best?

We are currently representing a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency in the Rooty Hill area that is looking to welcome an experienced Property Manager to their team.

This isn't a role where you'll be expected to do everything yourself. You'll have the support of a dedicated Leasing Consultant who takes care of open homes, applications, tenant follow-ups and ingoing inspections, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and building strong relationships with your landlords.

The Role

• Take ownership of an established residential property portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and rental arrears
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and general tenancy matters
• Oversee tenancy applications and liaise with property owners
• Attend NCAT hearings when required
• Work alongside a dedicated Leasing Consultant who handles day-to-day leasing responsibilities

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential Property Management
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
