The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established real estate agency in Sydney's Inner West.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to maintain their career in real estate while enjoying genuine work-life balance.

Offering flexibility to work either 4 days or 5 days per week during school hours, this position would suit an organised, proactive individual who enjoys supporting a busy sales team and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

Working closely with the Principal and sales team, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing sales agency agreements, contracts and listing documentation
• Coordinating property marketing campaigns and advertising materials
• Uploading and maintaining property listings across real estate portals
• Managing sales administration from listing through to settlement
• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and conveyancers
• Coordinating photography, floor plans, signboards and marketing collateral
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and updating property information
• Providing general administrative support to the sales team

About You

• Previous experience in Real Estate Sales Administration or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agent Box
• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
• A Certificate of Registration is
