An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established and growing real estate business in Brisbane.
This role is ideal for someone who already has some exposure to real estate or Property Management and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Working alongside an experienced Property Manager and supportive wider team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of residential Property Management without being expected to manage a portfolio independently.

With strong systems, processes and training in place, you’ll be given the opportunity to build your confidence, expand your knowledge and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience develops.

The Role
As Assistant Property Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to the Property Manager and play an important role in ensuring the portfolio runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential properties
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, trades and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance requests and following up outstanding works
• Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
• Assisting with lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Preparing notices, correspondence and Property Management documentation
• Supporting leasing, applications and tenant enquiries
• Assisting with property compliance and legislative requirements
• Maintaining accurate property and tenant records
• Providing general administrative support across the portfolio
• Working closely with the Property Manager and wider team
• Delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants

About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and keen to continue building a long-term career within Property Management.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience within real estate or residential Property Management
• Some knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A team-focused approach and willingness to assist where required
• Current Queensland real estate registration or willingness to obtain
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
