An excellent opportunity has become available for a Junior Property Manager to join a well-established real estate agency within the St George region.

This role would suit someone with experience in Leasing, Property Officer or Assistant Property Management who is ready to take the next step and begin managing their own portfolio — without being thrown in the deep end.

You’ll take ownership of a small, manageable portfolio while receiving hands-on guidance, training and support from an experienced Senior Property Manager.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine career progression opportunity where you’ll be given the time and support to develop into a confident Property Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small portfolio of residential properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades
• Managing lease renewals and rental increases
• Monitoring arrears and following up where required
• Assisting with inspections and tenancy matters
• Handling day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
• Working closely with a Senior Property Manager who will provide ongoing guidance and support

About You

We’re looking for someone who already has a foundation within residential real estate and is ready to progress their career.

You will have: 

• Previous experience in Leasing, Property Management or as a Property Officer
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• The confidence to take on greater responsibility with the right support
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in Property Management
