An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and supportive real estate agency located in Chatswood.

This is a Monday to Friday role managing a tidy portfolio of approximately 150 properties, offering strong support, systems, and a genuine focus on work-life balance.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties
• Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding all property matters
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
• Oversee lease renewals and tenancy compliance
• Handle tenancy matters in line with legislation
• Work closely with leasing and administration support

About You

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
