We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Specialist / Sales
Administration Support professional to join a growing commercial real estate team.

This is a diverse role supporting the sales and leasing division from appraisal through to listing, while managing all marketing coordination to ensure property campaigns are delivered to a high standard. You will play an integral role in supporting agents, creating professional marketing collateral and ensuring listings are launched efficiently.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end property marketing campaigns.
• Prepare brochures, Information Memorandums and marketing collateral.
• Manage online listings across real estate portals and company website.
• Coordinate photography, videography, floorplans, signboards and copywriting.
• Manage social media content and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing material aligns with company branding.
• Monitor campaign timelines to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Provide administrative support to Commercial Sales and Leasing Agents.
• Prepare documentation from appraisal through to listing.
• Coordinate property searches and title searches.
• Prepare agency documentation using Realworks.
• Manage electronic signing processes through DocuSign.
• Coordinate listing documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Upload and maintain property listings across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate marketing launches for new listings.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within commercial or residential real estate marketing or admin.
• Experience supporting sales, leasing or marketing teams.
• Strong experience in marketing software
• Strong working knowledge of Realworks & Docusign
• Ability to prepare Form 6s and coordinate searches.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with CRM systems used within real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, team-focused attitude.
• Experience within real estate.
• Marketing or graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
