We are representing a modern, well-established agency based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, seeking a confident and capable Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 150 properties.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of 150 residential properties
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee arrears, maintenance, and tenancy matters
• Handle escalations and provide high-level customer service
• Work collaboratively with dedicated leasing and inspection support

About You

• Previous experience as a Property Manager 
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Current Certificate of Registration / Class 2 Licence
• Valid driver’s licence
