The Opportunity:

• Monday to Friday role with excellent work-life balance
• Work directly alongside a successful Director and receive ongoing mentorship
• Gain exposure across commercial sales and leasing campaigns
• Assist with prospecting, client relationships, inspections, negotiations, and campaign management
• Build strong relationships with owners, buyers, tenants, and key stakeholders
• Opportunity for long-term career progression within commercial real estate

About You:

• Previous experience in residential sales or commercial sales/leasing is essential
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving results
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to progress within the commercial property sector
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
