We are partnering with a well-established Brisbane real estate agency looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their growing team. Whether you are already working in Property Management or looking to take the next step in your real estate career, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced mentors in a collaborative and positive environment.

Working closely with an experienced Property Manager, you will provide end-to-end support across a well-maintained portfolio while developing your own skills and confidence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors via phone and email.
• Coordinating maintenance requests and following up on outstanding works.
• Scheduling and processing routine inspections, entry and exit inspections.
• Preparing lease documentation, tenancy applications and lease renewals.
• Managing arrears, invoices and general administration.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Supporting the Property Management team to ensure a seamless client experience.

About You

• Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate Administration or a similar role is highly regarded.
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
