Are you a creative, fast-paced and highly organised marketing professional looking to take ownership of a growing real estate brand?

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute all agency and agent marketing initiatives across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategy, creativity and execution.

Working closely with directors and sales agents, you will be responsible for elevating the brand presence, supporting agent success and driving high-quality marketing campaigns across digital, print and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all agency-wide marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Create and coordinate marketing for sales agents including listing campaigns, personal branding and social media content
• Oversee social media platforms, content calendars, engagement and paid advertising campaigns
• Coordinate property marketing materials including brochures, signboards, EDMs, digital ads and print collateral
• Maintain and update the agency website, CRM marketing campaigns and database communications
• Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation and community engagement
• Coordinate photography, videography and creative suppliers
• Track campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to management
• Ensure all marketing remains on-brand, professional and aligned with company objectives

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within real estate or property
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and brand management
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite and CRM platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
