About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Hybrid Sales Associate to join a high-performing team in the Eastern Suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain exposure across both sales and administrative functions within a successful agency.

In this role, you will be actively involved in both on-the-ground sales support and back-end campaign and listing administration, giving you a well-rounded real estate career pathway.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Associate Duties:

• Conduct buyer appointments and follow up with prospective purchasers
• Run open for inspections and assist with buyer engagement
• Carry out pre-settlement inspections
• Support agents with buyer management and enquiry handling

Sales Administration Duties:

• Assist with listing and appraisal preparation
• Coordinate and manage sales campaigns from launch through to settlement
• Prepare and update marketing materials and property listings
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and internal team members
• General administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

• Must have previous experience in real estate (Sales Associate, Assistant Agent, Property Officer or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident in both client-facing and administrative responsibilities
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Certificate of Registration / Class 2 Licence (essential)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
